Where can you go to get an educated, ethical and thorough professional who not only advises, counsels  and negotiates for you, but who also really CARES about you after the deal has closed?   My drive as a former psychotherapist (12 years!) was always to help people make healthy decisions and to lead their best lives possible.  As a Realtor my genuine goal remains the same,  to guide people to happiness for years to come in their new home.

This blog is not just about real estate.  It is about real estate AND all of the smart, stupid, impulsive, risky, intelligent, idiotic, uninformed, over-informed, safe, ridiculous, ego-driven, rational and emotional decisions that people make that can lead to the home being a place of  happiness & fortune or despair & financial burden.  Your personal awareness of what motivates your actions, both personal and professional, can drastically alter the outcome.  Do your homework, cross your T’s and look inward when you are about to make  the most expensive purchases of your life.  Oh, and get yourself a good Realapist!
