About Liz Rozum
Liz Rozum didn’t originally set out to have a career in real estate. She had earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and was working as a therapist when she bought and sold her first Denver home, an older Victorian in Cheesman Park. After making quite a bit of money on the sale, the appreciation allowed her to move into another up-and-coming neighborhood, The Highlands, and Liz was hooked.
Realizing that her training as a therapist (the ability to listen, negotiate, counsel and commitment to helping people being just a few) would be invaluable in the real estate field, Liz decided to transition to real estate. She’d always been passionate about houses, especially older Denver homes, and the idea of helping people find their dream homes was immensely appealing. Since becoming a realtor, Liz has bought and sold homes in some of Denver’s hippest neighborhoods while making the process as easy as possible for her clients.
And while Liz grew up in Wisconsin, she’s been in Denver for 15 years and plans on staying in Denver forever. She takes advantage of Denver’s urban lifestyle - frequenting new restaurants, hiking with her dogs, Lulu and Maya, and of course, discovering new Denver neighborhoods.
