Why Liz?
10 Reasons You Want Liz to Help You Buy or Sell Your Home
1. I know the Denver market. For the past 14 years I’ve lived, worked and played in Denver so I know the different pockets of Denver like the back of my hand.
2. You want a realtor who listens. Buying a home is stressful enough without having to explain and re-explain what you’re looking for. As a former therapist, I know how to listen, ask the right questions and work with people to make the whole process fun and easy.
3. A good negotiation means you leave the table with more money in your pocket. After working with people professionally for over 15 years, I’ve developed strong negotiating skills. I’m an honest and ethical negotiator who also makes sure you are fairly represented.
4. I can help you with the ins and outs of property investment. Over the past several years I have bought investment properties that are renting strongly and cash flowing positively. I consider myself a seasoned flipper - I purchased the “fix-ups” at bargain prices and served as General Contractor throughout the entire process. I’m always happy to share my knowledge and insight with clients so you can also benefit from this potentially, very lucrative market.
5. My specialty is older homes. I like to say I can “feel the bones” of a house, which means I can see their potential. And, because I own several older homes, I also have hands-on experience with what it takes to buy, sell or maintain one. This is vital when buying an older home. You want a realtor who understands the inspection process so there aren’t any surprises; you leave the closing table with a healthy, functioning home.
6. I really love my job. I got into real estate because I love everything about houses - the architecture, what it takes to build a home, gardening, decorating, all of it - and people. And, I understand that a house isn’t just a dwelling, it’s where you create your life. So, helping people find a home they love… I can’t think of anything more satisfying.
7. My business comes from referrals. Which means making my clients happy is my number one goal. I will always put your needs before production goals or making a quick buck; I’ll let some happy clients tell you in their own words…
8. My strong network of vendors is yours. Need a contractor you can trust? Want to talk to a loan officer who can explain all the details? How about a recommendation for a delicious local restaurant? I have a whole list of contacts I’m happy to share with you - people and services that make the whole buying and selling process as easy as possible.
9. I make the whole process easy. I can take care of as much or as little as you need; I can help you put your home on the market, show you different properties or walk you through an entire rehab process. You let me know what you need help with and I’ll make it as easy as possible.
10. My goal is to help. I originally became a therapist because I have a strong desire to help people, but the draw of houses was just too strong to resist. Fortunately, I still get to help clients by making the buying and selling process simple and easy-to-understand. I love seeing people happy in their new home!
